Training Courses

Training provides the foundation of skills at the individual level and provides consistency across organizations and the sector. Our approach is highly participatory; leveraging the existing expertise and capabilities of participants into higher level skills and knowledge. Learning experiences are led by expert practitioners who both know their subject and have walked in the participant’s same shoes as implementers. Our content is comprehensive; addressing the primary operational competencies needed by development professions.

All training courses prioritize the participant’s experience. Skilled facilitators leverage their extensive sector expertise to ensure a valuable and enjoyable learning experience. Practical tools, techniques, and insights immediately applicable to the NGO’s work is provided, while meaningful discussions are fostered together with hands-on group activities, and participants are encouraged to ask tailored questions for deeper learning.
